龍馬クルーズ（…本当は万次郎）

Ryoma Cruise (in reality, Manjiro)

In January, 1860 the Kanrin Maru set sail for San Fransico from Uraga (Kanagawa)
Captained by Katsu Kaishū, with Nakahama "John" Manjiro as translator
(and the only member of the crew with real sailing experience).
This was Japan’s first diplomatic mission to the United States
following the end of the sakoku (closed nation) period.
